First introduced in 2006, the Carvin Icon-5 is an exceptional American-made boutique bass guitar that features unparalleled versatility and playability. The Icon-5 features a neck-through design with a black gloss finish, alder body, and ebony fretboard. It has a super versatile and punchy 18v active system, paired with an excellent set of upgraded Nordstrand pickups. This one is an absolute shredder, and one of those basses that feels like it plays itself!
It comes to us in nice overall shape, with some minor marks/finish swirling associated with normal use; however it presents very well and has not functional issues.
Includes a non original, but kind of cool Coffin Case.
