This Joyo JF-16 British Sound is a compact overdrive pedal modeled after classic British amp tones. It features a three-knob layout with Drive, Tone, and Level controls, plus a toggle switch for selecting between two gain stages. The circuit delivers a range of overdrive from light breakup to heavier distortion, with the Tone knob shaping the midrange bite and high-end cut typical of British-voiced amps.
The pedal runs on a standard 9V battery or external 9V DC adapter and uses buffered bypass. Its metal enclosure measures 4.72 in x 3.82 in x 2.17 in and weighs 13.8 oz, making it easy to fit on most pedalboards.
