2008 Squier Affinity Stratocaster – Blue / Maple

Cool 2008 Squier Affinity Stratocaster finished in a deep blue with a maple neck and fingerboard.

These older Affinity Strats are great little guitars. They retain the classic Strat formula—three single-coil pickups, 5-way switching, tremolo bridge and comfortable bolt-on maple neck—without the price of a Fender. They’ve also become popular as mod platforms, since they’re simple, familiar guitars that are easy to upgrade and personalize.

This example has a particularly nice early-2000s look. The white plastics have naturally aged toward a cream/off-white color, which looks great against the blue body and maple board. It has genuine play wear, scratches and marks throughout rather than looking like a brand-new guitar.

Condition note: The guitar is playable and the pickups, 5-way selector and volume control are working. The two tone controls are currently not functioning. We are looking into repairing them, but the guitar is currently being offered as-is with the price reflecting the issue. If repaired before it sells, the listing will be updated accordingly.

A cool older Squier that would make a great everyday player, backup Strat, first electric, or modification project.
