Taylor 214ce-DLX Special Edition Blacktop

The 214ce DLX Special Edition features a torrefied spruce top with a rich black finish, layered Indian rosewood back and sides, and a hand-sprayed shaded edgeburst on the sides and back.

Beneath the striking finish is the comfortable playing experience and versatile acoustic voice that have made the 214ce a consistent player favorite.

The torrefied spruce top adds warm, played-in character, while C-Class bracing provides strong projection and balanced response across the register. The result is a clear, versatile voice that works beautifully for strumming, fingerstyle and everything in between.

A slender satin-finish neck, ES2 electronics and a Taylor Deluxe Hardshell Case complete a package that is ready for everything from the sales floor to the stage.

The Blacktop features crisp white appointments against the black finish, including a three-ring white rosette, white heel cap, white body binding and thin white purfling. Satin black tuners and a black pickguard complete the look, while the gloss body finish adds depth and visual impact.  In other words, it’s super slick!
