The refreshed GPC-16E builds on its balanced Grand Performance platform—pairing powerful tone with exceptional comfort. Its gloss spruce top with vintage tint is matched with satin solid East Indian rosewood back and sides for deep bass, rich overtones, and articulate highs that project clearly in any setting. The Grand Performance body with 000 depth offers a balanced feel that’s comfortable without sacrificing power, while the cutaway provides easy access to higher frets for expressive lead playing. A long 25.4" scale length adds clarity and punch for dynamic response across styles. Scalloped X-bracing enhances sustain and resonance, while L.R. Baggs® Element™ electronics make it ready for the stage. Strung with all-new Martin Era™ Legacy Edition strings developed alongside the refreshed 16 Series, it’s built to command the room.
