Circa late 50s/60s Sand Cast Selmer Licensed Bigsby B6 Vibrato – Made in England under licence from Bigsby U.S.A.

Offered for sale is an original vintage Selmer licensed Bigsby vibrato tailpiece dating from approximately the late 1950s to early 1960s.

The underside is stamped:

“Made Under Licence Granted By Bigsby U.S.A.”

and the sand casting carries the Bigsby patent marking.

The unit is complete with original arm, spring assembly, hinge plate and string shaft. It retains its original finish and patina with expected wear from age and use. One string pin has been replaced.

A rare opportunity to acquire an early Selmer licensed British Made Bigsby unit suitable for vintage restoration projects, period-correct Gretsch, Hofner, Burns or other classic vintage guitars.
