Superb VOX AC30CH Custom Series 30-watt valve amplifier head, offered in exceptional condition. This amplifier was purchased but has never been used for rehearsals, recording or gigging - only switched on and tested - so presents as an extremely lightly used example.

Supplied as a complete package with a professional NSP hard flight case and genuine VOX VFS2A dual footswitch.

The AC30CH delivers the unmistakable classic VOX AC30 character in a convenient separate head format. VOX describes the AC30CH as combining its celebrated AC tones with the convenience of a portable head, while adding a built-in Reactive Attenuator to make those tones usable at much more manageable volume levels.

Built-in Reactive Attenuator

One of the major advantages of the AC30CH head is its built-in Reactive Attenuator, allowing driven AC30 tones at considerably more manageable listening levels.

·       30W - full output / bypass

·       3W - 10dB attenuation

·       1/3W - 20dB attenuation

VOX designed the reactive system to maintain the interaction between amplifier and speaker when attenuation is being used, helping retain the character and response of the amplifier at reduced output levels.
