A very rare opportunity to own an early Brady drum kit, handmade in Western Australia from Australian Jarrah.

This is an older Brady kit featuring the early Pearl-style lugs, dating from before Brady moved to the hardware most people associate with their later drums. These are super rare to find, let alone in this good condition.

16” × 16” floor tom
22” × 18” bass drum

The shells are Jarrah ply and have the powerful, warm and incredibly focused sound Brady became famous for. Plenty of attack and projection, but with a depth and character that really separates these from more conventional maple or birch kits.

Brady drums were handmade in relatively small numbers in Western Australia and have become increasingly sought after since the company ceased production. Complete early kits like this are particularly difficult to find, especially with the matching Brady snare.

The kit is in good used condition with age-related marks and wear, as you’d expect from an instrument of this age. Please refer to the photos for condition.
