If you’re into Red Hot Chili Peppers / John Frusciante, you already know why this pedal matters. The FM4 is the filter and synth textures John uses on By the Way - that squelchy filter synth noise stuff you hear on songs like “Throw Away Your Television”, and those wild synth/filter moments RHCP became known for on stage in the early-mid 2000s.
It’s a discontinued unit and getting harder to find, especially complete and fully working like this. I’ve taken good care of it and it hasn’t been abused.
