Schecter CV-5 Electric Bass 3-Tone Sunburst

The CV-5 delivers a comfortable, responsive playing experience with its thin 'C' neck profile and extended 35" scale, designed to accommodate five-string technique without fatigue. The ash body paired with Schecter Diamond J-Bucker pickups produces articulate, punchy tones suitable for modern bass applications. This right-handed Indonesian-made instrument arrives factory-ready with professional-grade hardware and electronics.

Playability & Neck Construction

The maple neck with carbon fiber reinforcement rods ensures long-term stability and resistance to seasonal fluctuation, while the thin 'C' shape (measuring .787" at the first fret and .905" at the 12th) provides quick access to the fingerboard. A 10" fretboard radius with 22 narrow X-jumbo frets balances comfort with precision, and the Graph Tech XL Ivory Tusq nut at 1.771" width accommodates the five-string spacing with clarity and sustain.

Tone & Electronics

Dual Schecter Diamond J-Bucker pickups paired with independent 3-way series-split-parallel pickup switches deliver flexibility from focused single-coil character to blended fullness. The control layout—volume, tone, 3-way switch, and dual pickup configurators with metal knurled knobs—grants intuitive access to a wide palette of timbres across genres.
