A used 2015 model OM-28 Standard, a classic model, has arrived!

The OM-28 was created in response to the changing times, an era in which technical playing on acoustic guitars was demanded.
There's an anecdote that it was created at the request of a certain banjo musician.
Since its introduction in 1929, this Martin model has remained a bestseller to this day, thanks to its easy-to-handle, compact body size and long-scale neck that produces a bright tone and rich sustain, making it a versatile all-rounder suitable for various genres of music.

This instrument has undergone the following work at our partner workshop upon arrival at our store.
- Neck angle adjustment - Fret leveling (approximately 70% remaining from the original shape)
- Saddle replacement (plastic)
The overall setup and playability aspects have been perfectly adjusted, resulting in excellent playability.
In terms of appearance, there are noticeable dents on the headstock, and some tarnishing and scratches on the hardware as is typical for a used item, but there is no fatal damage and it remains in a relatively clean condition.
Furthermore, there are signs that the nut has been replaced (with a resin one) and the body binding has been repaired in the past.

The rich, well-saturated sound, with its smooth edges softened and perfectly saturated with air, suggests that the previous owner took great care of it and played it extensively.
A well-balanced and refined sound from low to high frequencies.

A dreadnought has too big a body, and a 000 doesn't have enough sustain or tension.
OM is a balanced type that falls somewhere in between.

This is a great example of a Martin guitar, and I would recommend it as a first Martin guitar.
