Up for sale is a beautiful 2012 Takamine P5JC 50th Anniversary Jumbo Cutaway acoustic/electric guitar, made in Japan and complete with its original Takamine hard case and keys.

The Japanese-made Takamine Pro Series instruments are extremely well-built guitars, and this P5JC is a great example. Its jumbo cutaway body features a solid Sitka spruce top with X-bracing, solid rosewood back and rosewood sides, giving it a big, full acoustic voice with excellent projection and clarity. The Venetian cutaway provides easy access to the upper frets.

Condition:

This guitar is in excellent condition overall, with very few flaws and virtually no playwear to mention. There may be an extremely minor mark or scuff here or there from normal handling, but nothing picture-worthy or anything I feel would be of concern to the buyer.

There is nearly no fretwear, and there is nothing I would classify as actual buckle rash. There are just a few small marks on the back of the body. The most significant cosmetic flaw is a tiny ding at the tip of the headstock, which is pictured.

The neck is straight, the truss rod operates properly, and the guitar plays amazingly well over the entire fingerboard. All electronics operate exactly as they should and complement the guitar beautifully when amplified.

The original Takamine hard case is also in great condition with no issues to note. It operates as intended, fits the guitar perfectly, and the case keys are included.

Overall, this is an exceptionally clean example of a Japanese-made 2012 Takamine P5JC 50th Anniversary Jumbo Cutaway that looks, plays and sounds fantastic.
