Mint/open-box condition, a gorgeous Tobacco Brown Sunburst finish, and an exceptionally comfortable 3/4-size thinline body make this Yamaha APXT2EW-TBS a standout choice for players who want a compact acoustic that is genuinely fun to pick up and play. Lightweight and easy to handle, the APXT2EW is especially approachable for younger players and beginners, while the acoustic-electric design gives it plenty of room to grow into lessons, songwriting, rehearsals, recording, and live performance. Yamaha's reputation extends far beyond the student market, with highly regarded musicians including Jimmy Page, Paul Simon, James Taylor, Bob Dylan, and Joe Bonamassa among the artists associated with Yamaha acoustic guitars—an impressive pedigree that speaks to the brand's credibility and reputation for quality.

The APXT2EW delivers a surprisingly full, lively acoustic voice for its compact size, with a comfortable thinline body that sits naturally against the player and encourages longer practice sessions. Its smaller format makes fretting and handling less intimidating for a developing guitarist, yet it remains versatile enough for experienced players looking for a convenient travel guitar, songwriting companion, or grab-and-go acoustic-electric. Plugged in, it becomes equally useful for performing, recording, worship, rehearsals, and adding acoustic texture to a larger mix, making this far more than simply a “beginner guitar.”

With its beautiful Tobacco Brown Sunburst finish, near-new open-box condition, included gig bag, approachable 3/4-size design, and Yamaha's decades of professional credibility, this APXT2EW-TBS checks an unusual number of boxes at once. For a parent, it's a quality instrument that a young player can comfortably grow into; for an experienced guitarist, it's an acoustic you can leave by the door and actually reach for every day. Clean, mint examples with the right combination of appearance, portability, and versatility deserve a close look. This guitar is about to become somebody's favorite.
