The Shure Beta 52A kick drum microphone is a legendary classic for a reason. Its frequency response is specially tailored for kick drums and other bass heavy instruments and delivers incredibly punchy attack. The microphone features a modified supercardioid polar pattern that ensures high gain-before-feedback and rejection of unwanted sounds. The Beta 52A is incredibly durable too, and can handle the rigorous use that comes with touring and frequent studio use.
