Add a broad, bright accent voice to your drum set with the Sabian 18-inch SBr Thin Crash Cymbal. Its thin weight responds quickly when struck, producing a punchy crash that helps musical accents stand out. The larger 18-inch diameter gives the cymbal a substantial presence while maintaining the focused character of the SBr series.

Bright and Focused Crash Sound

Sabian uses brass construction to create a bright timbre with clear top end. The focused response helps the cymbal cut through a drum mix during fills, transitions, and emphasized beats. Its general volume range supports practice, rehearsal, and performance applications without limiting the cymbal to one playing style.

Hammered and Lathed Surface

The cymbal features hammered and lathed surfaces that contribute to its expressive SBr sound. A thin weight supports fast response, allowing the cymbal to open readily when played. Its medium feel gives developing drummers a familiar balance between control and movement at the stand.

Use the Sabian SBr Thin Crash as a primary crash or add it beside a smaller crash for greater tonal range. It is a practical choice for drummers expanding a first cymbal setup with a dedicated 18-inch accent cymbal.
