Great sounding pair of late-1980s Zildjian 14" Quick Beat Hi-Hat Cymbals. 1230g top and 1465g bottom are in the ideal weight range for rock, projection and stick definition. Excellent condition with no keyholes, cracks, or flea bites. Traditional lathing, natural patina and the classic late-1980s metal stamp: Avedis Zildjian & CO. The capital "CO." with large ink stamps confirm the era. Medium-heavy top cymbal is paired with a flat, heavy bottom cymbal, including four factory vent holes that prevent airlock. Provides precise stick definition and crisp "chick" sound for any mix. Zildjian Quick Beat hi-hats have been played by legendary drummers like Louis Bellson, Max Roach, Neil Peart, Omar Hakim, Peter Criss, JR Robinson, Jonathan Moffett, Simon Phillips, Travis Barker, Jon Theodore, and Questlove.
