The Yamaha PACS+11SM sits at the very top of the Pacifica Standard Plus lineup, designed for players who demand precision, responsiveness, and tonal consistency across studio, stage, and modern performance environments. Yamaha approached this guitar less like a traditional production model and more like a complete performance platform — combining advanced pickup engineering, refined ergonomics, and premium hardware into one highly focused instrument.

At the core of the PACS+11SM is the Reflectone™ pickup system, co-developed with Rupert Neve Designs. Unlike traditional high-output pickup systems that prioritize compression or coloration, Reflectone™ pickups are designed around balance, clarity, and dynamic articulation. The S-H configuration delivers everything from clean modern single-coil articulation to thick humbucker punch while maintaining impressive note separation and control. Yamaha’s Focus Switch further expands the tonal range, allowing players to move between tighter modern textures and fuller, more aggressive voices without sacrificing clarity.

The chambered alder body uses Yamaha’s Acoustic Design process to improve resonance and overall response while reducing unnecessary weight. Combined with the maple neck and maple fingerboard, the guitar feels immediate, articulate, and highly responsive under the hands. Stainless steel frets provide smooth bending and long-term durability, while the Gotoh locking tuners and compensated brass bridge deliver excellent tuning stability and precise intonation.

The Peppermint Green finish gives the PACS+11SM a fresh modern appearance with a clean, distinctive visual identity. It stands out without feeling loud, making it a strong choice for players who want a refined Pacifica with a little more personality on stage, in the studio, or in a professional collection.
