Pro Stage Mobility with Silent Pop-Free Hot-Swapping

The Guitar Sanctuary is proud to offer the Mogami Gold Instrument Silent R-18 18-foot cable. Engineered for touring musicians, gigging pros, and tone purists who need extra stage freedom without sacrificing signal transparency, this cable features a right-angle Neutrik® SilentPlug that completely eliminates the ear-splitting pops and buzzes caused by swapping instruments under full power.

Built using legendary Mogami 2524 high-definition cable stock, the Gold Silent R-18 utilizes an Oxygen-Free Copper (OFC) core coupled with a conductive polymer sub-shield and carbon-impregnated PVC layer. At 18 feet, it delivers the ideal balance of stage mobility and pristine tone retention—repelling handling noise, stage interference, and RF hum while preserving sparkling highs and tight low-end punch through high-gain tube amplifiers, complex pedalboards, and digital modelers.

Sanctuary Expert Note: The 18-foot length is the industry standard sweet spot for active stage performers. Combined with the spring-loaded Neutrik SilentPlug—which automatically shortens the ground until fully plugged in—you can swap between guitars on stage silently without rushing to mute your board or amp channel.
