PHYSICAL CONDITION: Very Good - The switcher has various scratchers, nicks, and chips here and there.  Otherwise it is very clean and in very good condition.

WORKING CONDITION: All front-panel LEDs work perfectly and should light up one by one when powered up with the correct voltage/mA power supply. The myriad of I/O, both front and rear panel, are in terrific shape and in overall excellent working condition.

Not Fully Tested- We evaluated this item to the best of our ability without having all of the related devices or parts on hand to test this item to its fullest operation and found nothing out of the ordinary.
