Unlike its predecessor, the AMT EX-50 expression pedal, the new product has a significantly increased range of pedal motion (by 25-30%). The device can be powered from any AC/DC power source in the voltage range from 9 to 18 volts.
The EX-10F-II, when used in expression pedal mode, contains on-board TRS and TS outputs for controlling two devices simultaneously, as well as an INVERTED and NORMAL parameter switch.
The main feature of the new product is the ability to simultaneously use the device not only as an expression pedal, but also as a footswitch * . There is a special switch on the side panel of the device that allows the user to select one of two operating modes * * : a “momentary” button (footswitch) ( M - Momentary) and a “latching” button (footswitch) ( L - Latch).

• IMPORTANT NOTE
• Before using this pedal connected to the device (like guitar processor, etc.), it must be calibrated firstly. That is, such device should provide the User with the ability to configure the calibration of the connected external expression pedal (for example: «Set Max/Set Min»).
• In case if your guitar device (like guitar processor etc.) have no any internal possibility of calibration the external expression pedal (or if you will avoid calibrating the pedal before using), the EX-10F-II probably will control your device somehow, but not in the right way. It can’t be fixed in another way except by calibrating the EX-10F-II by your the device (like guitar processor etc.).
• Even provided that your device supports operation with a 10 kOhm potentiometer’s external expression pedal, the calibration is a prerequisite for proper operation and compatibility of the EX-10F-II with your device.

*ATTENTION! Depending on the type of switching used in an external guitar device (for example, a guitar processor), one of two types of cable can be connected to the F.SWITCH M/L OUTPUT of the EX-10F-II pedal:

1) TRS connector (stereo) Jack 6.3
2) TS connector (mono) Jack 6.3

**IMPORTANT! To understand exactly which type of cable and connection mode is suitable for you, please carefully read the user manual for your device (for example, a guitar processor) to which you plan to connect the EX-10F-II pedal.
