An absolute highlight from Atkin has once again arrived! This great Atkin LG47 in Custom Aged Olive Green is an absolute highlight in terms of sound and appearance.
To the Atkin LG47:
The “Forty Seven” is a very lightly built compact guitar with Pre War X-bracing. Excellent for fingerstyle and, thanks to its size and punch, also for flatpicking.
The scalloped bracing gets the best out of this smaller body and provides very powerful and beautiful basses that you wouldn’t necessarily expect from a guitar of this compact size.
The neck of the guitar is very comfortable to grip and has the Atkin standard C-shape. A high-quality Atkin hard case in black is of course included.

What began as a “one-man show” has now developed into one of the best and most interesting manufacturers of acoustic guitars from Great Britain.
