No stock Images / Photos: We take individual photos of every guitar we sell here to make sure you can check every detail before purchasing!
2 year warranty: As professional luthiers and a guitarshop in business since 1992, we give you a 2 year warranty on every guitar purchased at our store. For used items we sell, we offer a 1 year warranty.
Detailed descriptions: We make sure to describe the instruments sold through us as detailed as possible, to give you the full picture and all the information you need to make your decision. Still have more questions? Just contact us & we are happy to help!
Professional shipping & packaging: We ship worldwide on a daily basis. Every item we sell is professionally packed before it is shipped out to you, to make sure it arrives safely. A tracking link is provided by us to keep you updated while waiting for your items to arrive.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Orders from Germany and the rest of Europe can be returned within 14 days after purchase. If items can not be returned, for example because they are being sold in consignment, it is mentioned in the listing.
Due to shipping costs varying from country to country, we ask you to understand that return shipping must be carried out at your own expense.
