This is a custom-ordered AVB-SSB-016. While it's usually available in a sunburst finish, this one features a chic black color. This particular instrument was originally built as a fretless guitar but has been modified to be fretted.
The wide, thin, 24-fret long-scale neck features a deep cutaway, making it easy to play the higher frets and perfect for melodic phrases. The controls are simple and easy to use, consisting of M.Vol/Bal and Bass/Treble, allowing for a wide range of sound shaping.

There are some minor scratches and dents, but it is perfectly playable.
The truss rod has plenty of adjustment range, and the neck condition is currently good with no major issues.
