The EVH 5150 Iconic Series 60 Watt Combo Ivory packs the juicy, tugging Van Halen signature sound into a tube combo with premium value. Developed in collaboration with renowned amp designer James Brown, who built amps for the immortal Guitar Hero back in the '90s, the two-channel, 60-watt guitar amp with two Celestion speakers is ideal for recording Studio and stage.

The two-channel preamp of the EVH Iconic 5150 combo promises a particularly flexible shaping of the guitar sound. Channel 1 delivers crystal clear clean sounds, but can also be animated to juicy Overdrive with the overdrive switch. Channel 2 provides a wonderfully distorting Brown sound in the style of Eddie van Halen, which can be given additional fire with the help of the Burn switch. The Noise Gate assigned to Channel 2 provides a pleasant silence in pauses and helps to accentuate staccato riffs.

For optimal adjustment of distortion and volume, Channel 1 and Channel 2 of the 5150 Iconic Combo have their own gain and volume controls. Both channels also have a common 3-band tone control for adjusting the tone, while the Resonance and Presence controls influence the output of bass and treble in the power amp. Mix also has a switchable boost on board to let solos cut through with the necessary portion of extra volume.

With 60 watts from two 6L6 tubes, the 5150 Iconic Series Combo from EVH has sufficient volume reserves for stage and recording studio. With the help of the ¼ power switch, the power can also be reduced to levels suitable for living room use. The EVH Custom speakers from Celestion, which are optimally matched to the voicing of the amplifier, provide a powerful sound image with high assertiveness. Last but not least, the Iconic 5150 Combo is equipped with a balanced XLR output, which promises a natural sound experience during direct pickup thanks to speaker simulation.
