Meinl HDJ17-M Headliner Djembe 10" Artifact Series - Djembe

The Meinl HDJ17-M Headliner Djembe 10" Artifact Series is handcrafted from a solid piece of mahogany and fitted with a goatskin head. The hand-carved details are highlighted by a black lacquer finish. The selected goatskin is tensioned using a traditional cord-tensioning method; the Meinl Headliner Djembe is conveniently supplied pre-tuned. The relatively thick body produces a dry and clear sound with a strong bass component and cleaner separation. The wood used comes exclusively from certified plantations.
