This 2007 Martin CSN Gerry Tolman Tribute D-28 comes from the first run and features a tight-grained Engelmann Spruce top with beautiful Indian Rosewood back and sides. Forward-shifted scalloped X-bracing delivers rich overtones and a touch that really shines with fingerstyle playing. It features a comfortable low-profile neck, 1 3/4" bone nut, bone saddle, an Ebony fingerboard, and a Pyramid Stauffer-style bridge. Other appointments include a select Abalone rosette and genuine Mother-of-Pearl Martin and CSN headstock inlays. It is currently fitted with a vintage 1950s Delrin pickguard; the original pickguard is included in the original Martin hardshell case.
