1980 Music Man Sabre Bass - Walnut finish, maple neck. This is the last model bass designed by Leo Fender for Music Man. I purchased it in Youngstown OH in August of 1980 and played it extensively for 29 years. It still sounds and plays great, but has clear signs of use and wear as shown in the pictures. It's been hanging on my wall for the last 15 years, and that's just wrong. This bass needs to be played, so it's time to pass it on.
