The Goobay Digital analogue converter converts a digital audio signal into an analogue audio signal. This becomes necessary when a digital source such as a Blu-Ray player, game console or TV is only equipped with a digital output, but is to be connected to analog equipment such as a stereo system or headphones. The digital signals can be fed to the Goobay DA converter via a coaxial cable or TOSLINK fiber optic cable, and picked up on the other side as a high-quality analogue signal via RCA or 3.5mm jack cable. From there, they can be connected to a playback device of your choice, such as a stereo system, a mixing console, a DJ controller or headphones. Sampling rates of the original material of up to 192kHz are possible. It is important to note that the converter only works in one direction, i.e. it can only convert from digital to analogue, not vice versa.
