[Characteristics and commitment of Decora Cajon]

・Gap on the hitting surface: In order to forcibly create an appropriate gap in the upper corner of the hitting surface, it is the specification of the Decora Cajon that there are no screw holes in the corners.

・Curved by R processing: Sit on the cajon and look at the hitting surface from above. You can see that the hitting surface is curved due to the R processing of the body.

・Brushed surface: 2.5mm domestic birch plywood is brushed with a two-liquid urethane coating.

・Reinforcement and thinness: This is the interior during production. The plywood on both sides is not a single board. It is pasted together to make the inside thinner. Decora cajon is a place where you can't see it to improve the sound.

・TS Birch: The horizontal hole type of the Decora Cajon resembles the structure of a drum with heads on both sides. The back adopts custom-made TS birch 4mm. It has a great influence on the sound of the decora cajon.

・Original 8-string structure: Decora's original structure allows you to adjust all strings by dividing them into four left and right strings.

*As it became difficult to obtain good quality Finnish birch, Decora Cajon made a custom-made Japanese birch 2.5mm for the cajon.
