The Tru-Fi Colordriver is a handmade reproduction of the Colorsound Power Booster and Overdriver used by Jeff Beck and David Gilmour in the early 1970s. The "COLORDRIVER '71" is the second model in the mini series following the COLORDRIVER '69, retaining the tone and look of the original Colordriver but with the enclosure size reduced to two-thirds and the connection jacks located on the top of the unit.

Furthermore, a mini-switch located on the top of the unit allows you to select an 18V mode via internal voltage boosting, just like the COLORDRIVER '69. This increases the volume and produces a more open and clear drive tone, allowing you to switch between the characteristics of the Colordriver and Colordriver 18V with a single unit.

A small yet substantial casing that exudes both anticipation and reassurance. While retaining its core essence, enjoy the more spanky drive tone provided by the BC184 transistor.
