Sabian 14" HHX Anthology Low Bell Bottom Hi-Hat Cymbal

The HHX Anthology Low Bell delivers a responsive, articulate feel that rewards both traditional and contemporary playing techniques. The smaller bell design produces a focused, controllable response without sacrificing the full frequency range needed for expressive hi-hat work. These cymbals unify essential HHX technologies with a thoughtful low bell geometry that opens new sonic possibilities while maintaining the sensitivity and elegance that serious drummers demand.

Sound & Sonic Character

Built from premium B20 bronze and fully lathed on both top and bottom surfaces, the HHX Anthology delivers unprecedented sonic control and range. The medium top paired with a heavy bottom creates a balanced, responsive cymbal pair that articulates clearly in any playing context while maintaining traditional, elegant tonal characteristics.

Design & Construction

The smaller-than-usual bell design is the signature feature of this cymbal pair, engineered to allow the full spectrum of hi-hat sounds to develop with no compromise to playability or feel. Each cymbal is individually weighted and marked in grams on the inside of the bell, ensuring consistency and allowing drummers to match pairs according to their preferences.
