The M1b is engineered to control the resonance without sacrificing the brightness of the drum. One M1b has 4 different dampening settings: very light, light, medium damping, to off. Try two M1's on the same drum for more options and control. The M1 fits any size drum;(8",9,10,12,13,14,16,18, etc.) Dampen in a snap or disengage even faster with the on/off feature. Works with all size metal hoops including triple flange hoops, die cast, angel hoops, true hoops as well as 1/4" wood hoops.
