The Musical Box is not your typical music shop.
It's a workshop and boutique run by qualified and experienced technicians/musicians who work loads of repairs, custom builds and mods of all sorts for almost all types of instruments.
Our online boutique mainly consists in selling new products that we have tested inside out, as qualified technicians and tested sound quality as experienced musicians. Sometimes, we also may put up a used instrument or piece of gear we stumble on or are selling for a client.
The Musical Box is actually runned by Bob M., owner, luthier and amp tech for 14 years, his wife Helen, musician and luthier apprentice, and Mario D., senior electronics technician for 42 years.
Shipping Policy
As soon as possible, after the payment has been made, a tracking number will be sent to you.
We prepare and ship each order the day it is placed, from Tuesday to Friday. When your order is placed between Friday and Monday, your package will be picked up Tuesday morning when we open our shop.
