The Original Practimpad measures 200mm in diameter, 30mm in depth, with a 185mm diameter playing surface and weight of 1kg. This model is more versatile as it can be place it to a cymbal stand and also an additional piece allows you to attach the pad to a thicker diameter cymbal stand. This piece can be removed at any time to allow the pad to be placed on a flat surface.
The pad is made with high-0quality materials. The base is made from nylon which has been manufactured in one piece to give it a perfectly straight finish. It is also made with our personal and distinctive black rubber that creates a very similar rebound to that of a 23inch timpani. After testing different materials, the black rubber has proven to be the best material to create this rebound ensuring that it is a fantastic material to practice on. The pad is long-lasting; however, sticks such as xylophone or drumsticks should not be used on the Practimpad to prevent damage to the rubber playing surface. To complete the masterpiece, two hoops have been placed inside the pad to ensure upmost stability and minimize vibrations.
