The one and original B.L.U.E. Bottle microphone. Based on the 1960s Vintage Neumann/Gefell CMV563 that was made in the East Germany factory (formerly Neumann which became Microtech Gefell). This is a Tube microphone designed with removable large diaphragm capsule. This is a LARGE piece, and you need a serious stand to mount it on. Once plugged, the power supply takes a minute or so to heat up and activate the tubes.

Now, instead of an omni, cardioid, figure-eight capsule that were make originally for the CMV563, BLUE came up with different specs cardioid capsule. The mic comes with the B6 and B7 capsule (see BLUE descriptions):
