Rare 1992 Vester Super Strat Maniac SFT-70 almost unmarked & in Hard case

This guitar is hard to find precise information on. The Floyd Rose bridge has “Vester SFT-70A” stamped on it, but it also looks just like one of the better Maniac models, with a SSH arrangement and 1 x Volume / 2 x Tone controls with a 5-way switch. I guess it is actually a SFT-70A from the maniac range. I’m sure someone out there will tell me.

As this Shredder is in such good condition, it’s both a collector’s guitar and a great one for a musician. It comes in a hard case too.

OK. Here’s the run down: Pointy headstock, Maple neck with a shark tooth inlay in a Rosewood fingerboard. It has a Floyd Rose bridge with locking tuners and it still has the original tuner / truss rod adjustment tools. The serial number is set into the headstock.

The hardware on this Vester Super Strat Maniac SFT-70 is all original, with the Vester covers on the Humbucker / 2 x coils. The three control knobs are metal it still has the correct tremolo bar which has some very light pitting.

How does it play?

Loud and fast. The thin maple neck is nice and smooth without any dings or marks.

The body is almost unmarked. There are two very small dings. One on the upper edge and the other on the lower edge. There is a small mark to the left side of the bridge and a mark near the jack input.

It’s restrung and ready to go. I’ve also installed a new 9v battery.

Note: The stand in the images is not included in the sale
