The H34D5 is Michael Tobias' headless five string, handmade in Kingston, New York. An African korina body, a maple neck with a birdseye maple board and glowing Luminlay side dots, 24 frets on a 34" scale and the Buzz Feiten Tuning System, with the Hipshot headless bridge and tuners. Bartolini pickups run into the 18 V Bartolini MT8 preamp: pan, passive tone, stacked treble and bass, and a mid control with a 3-way frequency switch at 250, 500 and 1000 Hz.
