A compact desktop Yamaha acoustic amplifier designed for natural amplified tone, home practice, and modern recording convenience.
- Acoustic-focused desktop amplifier for steel-string and nylon-string guitars
- Mic modeling designed for natural acoustic response
- Built-in effects for polished practice and recording tones
- USB audio interface functionality for home recording
- Compact stereo design ideal for home, studio, or desktop use
The Yamaha THR5A is a compact desktop amplifier designed specifically for acoustic-electric players who want natural tone, convenient recording, and inspiring sound at home-friendly volume levels. Instead of approaching acoustic amplification like a traditional stage amp, the THR5A is built for personal playing spaces, home studios, songwriting, and everyday practice.
Yamaha’s mic modeling gives acoustic and nylon-string instruments a more natural amplified character, while built-in effects allow players to add depth, space, and polish without extra pedals or recording gear. USB connectivity makes the THR5A a practical desktop recording solution for players who want to capture ideas quickly and easily.
With its compact stereo design, hi-fi playback capability, and acoustic-focused voicing, the THR5A is a modern practice and recording amp for players who want realistic acoustic tone in a small, easy-to-use format.
