The pedal brings together all of the original's lovely tape degradation sound with Chase Bliss' unparalleled level of tonal control.
You can now adjust the Wow and Flutter of the tape effect with individual knobs, a function some original users had wished was possible in the earlier model. The Wet knob allows you to find your perfect mix of your original and effected signal, and when using Chase Bliss' dip switches, you can assign this knob to adjust the ramp time of those other settings.
These new controls meet the sample-rate-reducing Gen knob—and high-pass and low-pass filters—of the original Generation Loss.
With the array of dip switches on the front of the pedal, you can fine-tune parameters, save and recall presets, and otherwise make this pedal your own.
