• The Tone: Despite the '68 stamp, this guitar retains the soul of a mid-60s instrument, complete with the vintage-correct spiral saddles. You get that iconic, biting Telecaster snap, but with a remarkable, airy richness and a solid low-end presence that you simply won't find in 70s-era production. Condition & Professional Upgrades: This guitar has been set up to perform. It has been professionally refretted with vintage-style wire (90%+ life remaining), and during the process, the fingerboard and back of the neck were meticulously refinished in lacquer for a premium, period-correct feel.
