Here we have a Rogers Swan Leg Snare Stand!
Hailing from the 70's we recently acquired a monster Slingerland Chrome Over Wood Drumkit that also came with hardware of that era including this snare stand. The original owner kept this gear clean and safe, only minor cosmetic wear on this stand due to time. (see pictures for more details)
