Absolute sleeper of an AKG microphone! The D330BT is a super flexible dynamic mic, with a lot more uses than it's "live vocal" appearance would leave you to believe. With a really nice smooth bottom end, a super extended and crystal clear top end, this is a sweet dynamic.

With both hi-boost and low-cut 3 way switches, you can really dial in a vocal from the source with this mic. ABBA famously used these as vocals in their 'Live At Wembley' concert film, and they sound awesome.

This morning I did a fun acoustic & electric guitar shootout with a 60's MD421 for fun. The AKG definitely has a lot more high end clarity, it's a really nice dynamic for all things acoustic. Would be a great snare or excellent high hat mic too, the high end really excels on this microphone.

This one has been cleaned inside, original foam is all gone (which was crumbling anyway). The switches have been cleaned, and a new windscreen has been installed. I used natural silk (orange of course), which has no risk of deteriorating over time, and allows a natural full frequency response to come through. I think on a mic like this which really shines in the treble, that's especially important over some potentially dampening foam.
