Overview

The Korg Monologue is a compact monophonic analog synthesizer with dual oscillators, an onboard step sequencer and preset patches written by Aphex Twin. Built in the spirit of the highly popular Minilogue, this fully programmable 25-key synth features mono-optimized VCOs capable of microtuning, with a new drive circuit to bring some extra hair to your sound. The step sequencer gives you 16 dedicated step buttons, the ability to transpose the sequence via key triggering and storage of up to four knob movements . Hold down the bass line with ease thanks to the E-to-E layout of the keyboard and get wild visualizations from the built-in OLED oscilloscope so that you and your audience can see into the sound. On the go or not in range of a power source? No problem. The Monologue can even be run off of six AA batteries and is built with long-term durability and reliability in mind. The Minilogue is an amazing analog synth for beginners or anyone looking to expand the color palette of their existing keyboard rig.
