The Ibanez Prestige AZ2204N-PBM Prussian Blue Metallic combines the AZ design, which is designed for modern playing techniques, with a special focus on traditional vintage sounds. In addition to the ergonomically shaped alder body, the electric guitar features a bolt-on AZ Oval C neck made of roasted maple and a rosewood fingerboard in compound radius. An HSS setup with Seymour Duncan Fortuna pickups developed specifically for this guitar provides finely resolved sounds with lively dynamics at the guitar amplifier, with the dyna-MIX9 circuitry providing a wide variety of tonal colors. High-quality hardware in the form of a T1702B tremolo and precise locking tuners from Gotoh complete the Prestige AZ2204N-PBM Prussian Blue Metallic by Ibanez.AZ guitar with rosewood fingerboard and agile handling. For the Prestige AZ2204N's optimized bolt-on construction, Ibanez relies on premium tonewoods that promise a lively sound. While the alder body with generous contours sits comfortably against the body, the flowing Super All-Access neck joint guarantees unhindered reachtothe highest registers. The bolt-on neck made of S-Tech Wood Roasted Maple with its pleasantly rounded AZ Oval C profile is extremely comfortableso that on the rosewood fingerboard with compound radius and stainless steel fretting every solo or riff playas if by themself.Seymour Duncan Fortuna pickups with dyna-MIX9 circuit. The Ibanez Prestige AZ2204N's electrical tone conversion is handled by an HSS setup from California-based pickup winder Seymour Duncan, designed specifically for this model. Equipped with alnico magnets and a moderate output, the Seymour Duncan Fortuna single-coils in neck and mid positions together with the Fortuna humbucker placed at the bridge provide natural vintage tones with finely balanced basses, mids and highs that also capture subtle nuances in playing and transmit them to the guitar amp. The Ibanez dyna-MIX9 circuit with classic 5-way switch and Alter switch promises a particularly rich palette of musical timbres for lively clean and overdrive sounds through flexible switching options.High-quality hardware from GotohLast but not least, optimally tuned hardware equipment completes the Ibanez Prestige AZ2204N-PBM Prussian Blue Metallic. The Gotoh T1702B tremolo with brass tailpieces and block is adjusted with five springs on the body and supports the lively vintage character of the electric guitar, but also allows smooth down-bendings for harmonic tone ornaments. At the headstock, the strings are also guided with a straight pull over the bone nut before they are held by the precise and tuning-stable Gotoh Magnum Lock H.A.P. tuners, whose height-adjustable winding axles allow precise adjustment of the contact pressure of the strings on the nut.The Ibanez Prestige AZ2204N-PBM Prussian Blue Metallic at a glance:AZ electric guitar from the Ibanez Prestige series, made in Japan.High gloss Prussian Blue Metallic finishBolt-on construction with 25.5" scale length (648 mm)Alder body with Super-All-Access-Neck-JointBolted neck made of S-Tech Wood Roasted-MapleRosewood fingerboard with dot inlays and fluorescent luminlay side dots22 stainless steel jumbo frets9" to 12" compound fingerboard radius (228 mm to 305 mm)AZ oval C neck profileOne Seymour Duncan Fortuna single-coil with Alnico magnets in neck positionOne Seymour Duncan Fortuna single-coil with Alnico magnets in middle positionOne Seymour Duncan Fortuna humbucker with Alnico magnets in bridge positionIbanez dyna-MIX9 circuit with 5-way blade switch and alter switch for versatile tonesGotoh T1702B 2-point tremolo with brass tailpieces and blockGotoh Magnum Lock H.A.P. locking tuners with height-adjustable winding axleIbanez Prestige guitar case included
