1963 Gibson Melody Maker. Double Cut model in Sunburst finish. In excellent condition throughout, no breaks or repairs. Mahogany body, mahogany neck, 12” radius Rosewood fingerboard with medium frets. The frets do show some wear and light pitting, there is plenty for a future fret dress when needed. Dot inlays, compensated bridge and tremolo unit. Kidney bean 3 on a side deluxe tuners. 1 x volume, 1 x tone control, gold reflector knobs and a single bridge pickup. Original strap buttons and soft shell case. This guitar weighs 6.37Lb or 2.89Kg.The nut width is 42.5mm approx. Very good player and lucky find.
