This 2007 Fender Custom Shop Andy Summers Tribute Telecaster is a masterbuilt, exact replica of the highly modified 1961 Fender Telecaster that Andy Summers used to define the sound of The Police. Released as a highly limited run by the Fender Custom Shop to coincide with The Police's 2007 reunion tour, this instrument carefully duplicates every single scratch, modification, and electronic quirk of the iconic original. Fender produced only 250 units worldwide, and the entire batch sold out immediately upon release.
