The BB Preamp-MB is an enhanced version of Xotic's popular BB-Preamp booster pedal, which offers a wide range of tones from clean to overdrive, with the addition of a mid-boost function. In addition to the controls of the original BB Preamp, it features a Mid Boost knob in the center of the unit. Based on the BB-Preamp sound, you can freely adjust the aggressive and powerful mid-bite.

Boosts frequencies above 1.5kHz by up to 12dB. Setting the mid knob to 8 o'clock will give you the traditional warm, original BB sound.
