SE212F

The SE212 cabinet is the ultimate speaker cabinet for those looking to move some serious amounts of air and not break their backs moving in and out of the gig. Featuring a pair of 12 inch Fane speakers, the SE212 cabinet can handle 150w of power (300w when upgraded to Purplebacks) and deliver all the clean headroom anyone could want. The historically accurate construction of this cabinet features low mounted speakers which enhance the projection of lower frequencies. This makes the SE212 the perfect compromise between sound and size: you save some weight and lose absolutely no depth and detail in the sound.

It is fitted with 2 12" Fane F75 speakers. Made in England this Fane/Hiwatt collaboration reverberates back to the days of the Legendary Hiwatt 4123 Cabs (4x12” at 300 watts of handling power) and is now exclusive to the Hiwatt Custom Shop Range of historical cabinets. This modern classic is truly a guitar player's speaker - focused in the upper mid-range, the F75 highlights the most prominent and most important frequencies produced by electric guitars and amplifiers. While this speaker excels with clarity and articulation, it's never too harsh and never sounds weak or tinny. When pushed, the F75 produces a sweet saturation that allows the player to easily cut through the mix. Although this 75 watt Fane-engineered speaker can effortlessly maintain clean headroom, the break-up and bite of the F75 is what makes it sparkle and shine. The Hiwatt F75 12” speaker excels in a live setting making it super easy for the player/front of house/sound engineer to dial in the perfect tone.
