This specialised ring is selected for its chime-like clarity, rapid note projection, and exceptionally long sustain, providing a significant volume boost over standard steel components. 

The pot assembly features an 11-inch multi-ply maple rim combined with a fully bound curly maple resonator and an onboard sliding magnetic pickup, all finished in a protective high-gloss natural coating with white ABS binding. This instrument is engineered to deliver maximum volume and a tightly focused tone for both acoustic ensembles and large-scale amplified performances.

The assembly is rounded out with an 11-inch Remo HC clear head, a notched tension hoop, and a Straightline tailpiece.

Integrated Sliding Pickup & Guitar-Style Playability

For live performances, the instrument features an onboard Gold Tone SMP Sliding Magnetic Pickup equipped with an integrated volume control wheel.
