For sale is my Wal Mk2 bass guitar, built in September 2020. 

This bass is in mint condition, has never been gigged, and has only seen very light home use.

Wal basses are currently not accepting new orders or adding people to their waiting list. Additionally, very few Mk2 Wals come up on the used market, especially the better-quality ones from the recent Paul Herman era.

Don't get me wrong—I’ve owned several Wal basses from the '80s and '90s, but these new builds feel like the pinnacle of boutique bass craftsmanship. They easily stand alongside high-end instruments from brands like Smith and Fodera.

This bass was crafted by Electric Wood Ltd (Wal Basses) and remains one of the finest examples of British luthiery. It delivers the iconic Wal tone, renowned for its deep, articulate, and dynamic response, making it a dream for both studio and live performance.

It comes with the original Wal hard case and all accompanying paperwork.

The Bass has been stored in its case in a climate-controlled environment, ensuring it remains in as-new condition. Electronics work flawlessly, and the setup is smooth and comfortable. With DR Low Rider strings and a low playing action.
